Kenneth Hydock is the Member in Charge of Tax Services at Sobel & Co., LLC.  Mr. Hydock was admitted as a member of the firm  in March 1992.  Prior to joining Sobel & Co., Ken was with several national accounting firms. He has leveraged the experiences he gained with these firms to add value to Sobel's clients, specializing in corporate, partnership, and individual tax planning. He also has considerable expertise working with closely held businesses on various tax issues and estate planning.  With his diverse background, Ken is highly regarded by clients in the manufacturing, wholesaling, retailing, brokerage, and real estate industries.

Mr. Hydock is a Certified Public Accountant across three states, practicing in New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut.  In addition, he is an attorney admitted to practice law in New York and before the United States Tax Court.  Ken Hydock is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York Bar Association, and the New Jersey Bar Association.  He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.  Mr. Hydock is an Accredited Estate Planner and a licensed New Jersey Life and Health Insurance Producer and holds the Personal Financial Specialist designation from the AICPA.

Ken serves as the Chair of the Board of the American Lung Association of New Jersey, and serves on the advisory board of the Salvation Army in Morristown.  He is a frequent speaker at local and national seminars on current tax issues.

Ken Hydock is a graduate of Bucknell University where he received a Bachelors Degree in Accounting.  He earned his Juris Doctorate from New York Law School with a concentration in Taxation.

Ken and his family reside in Mendham Township, New Jersey.
