Alan Rosenzweig has been a member of the firm of Sobel & Co. since 1997 when he merged his firm, Rosenzweig, Weissman, and Rosenzweig, with Sobel & Co. Alan has applied his more than twenty years of public accounting experience across several industry sectors, but most specifically the construction industry. Over the years Mr. Rosenzweig has helped to launch the firm's successful Construction Industry Services Group. In addition, he is a member of the firm's Employee Benefit Plan Audit Practice.

Mr. Rosenzweig's expertise in the advertising, construction, and transportation industries enables him to add a depth of value to clients in these sectors. He also has experience serving clients in manufacturing, wholesale distribution, and retail segments. As a trusted business advisor, Alan Rosenzweig provides strategic and tax planning to all of his closely- held business clients.

Alan Rosenzweig is a Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJCPA). Mr. Rosenzweig is an active member of the Construction Financial Management Association, the American Subcontractor's Association, and the Utility and Transportation Contractor's Association. He also sits on the Board of Directors of a well-known retail clothing store chain. Alan is very active in several community and religious organizations.

Mr. Rosenzweig is a 1979 graduate of Albright College where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.

Alan and his family reside in Parsippany, New Jersey.
