Lunch 'N Learn
We are very excited to announce the launching of our Sobel & Co. Lunch ‘N Learn series designed for law firms. Recognizing the importance of timely and relevant information that impacts you and your clients, we have assembled a team of professionals who are prepared to discuss a number of critical topics for you.
We would like to buy lunch and spend about one hour reviewing any of the following issues, or others that you may deem significant. We can present these quarterly or bi-monthly, or on any timetable that is convenient for you.
Whether your client has just downsized and is concerned about securing data as employees are terminated, or you are interested in learning more about how to protect your firm and your clients from identity theft, our experience spans the whole gamut of fraud and forensics. We can make this claim because the team has been carefully built and hand-picked, comprised of former FBI Special Agents, IRS Special Agents, attorneys, additional members of law enforcement and a host of professionals with years of experience in the accounting profession.
The presentations we suggest would be covered within the following categories:
• Computer Forensics
• Fraud
• Securities Litigation
• Identity Theft
• How to Read a Financial Statement
• Understanding the Impact of Financial Covenants
• Financial Due Diligence for M&A deals
• Tax Consequences to Consider During an M&A Deal
Looking ahead, and taking into consideration how busy you are, we would like to schedule some dates with you now for 2009.
