This unique program was created at the request of CEOs and Executive Directors of nonprofit organizations who benefit from having the opportunity to meet quarterly with their peers in a confidential, informal setting. There is no set agenda, instead, participants come prepared to ask each other for advice and guidance on a number of different issues that they deal with on a regular basis. At the request of the roundtable members, special guest speakers may be invited to address critical issues but the general format is an open and honest dialogue between participants.
